Authors should carefully read the policy for accepted papers.

You can register for DSN 2026 here (Please read the following information before making your booking.): Registration Portal

• Each accepted paper in any track must have a distinct full conference author registration.
• In the case of workshop papers/tutorials, each accepted workshop paper/tutorial may have either a distinct workshop/tutorial or a distinct full conference author registration.
• Student authors presenting ONLY in the Doctoral Forum or Poster Track can register at the reduced student rate, using the option 'Conference Registration - Doctoral Forum or Poster Track Student Author'.
• There is no extra charge for poster presentations of the papers from other tracks besides the author registration fee.
• There is no extra charge for Doctoral Forum papers from student authors in other tracks who have already paid the full author registration fee.
• Please double-check the registration type and fee when placing your booking to ensure it matches the corresponding section listed in the table below.
• Workshop/Tutorial registration is valid only for the workshops and tutorials on the first day of the event.
• Workshop/Tutorial registration includes access to the proceedings, coffee breaks, and lunch in that day. It does not grant access to the welcome reception nor to the banquet.
• Extra tickets for the banquet can be purchased from the registration site for $120/person.
• Registration deadlines:
  • Author registration (all tracks): May 05, 2026
  • Non-author early-bird registration (all tracks): May 15 2026 May 24, 2026
• Early-bird registrations deadline is by May 15, 2026 May 24, 2026. After this date, regular registration fees will apply.
• Students that are not IEEE/IFIP member must provide proof (e.g., student's ID card, an official letter from the head of department/director of doctoral school providing the current status as enrolled student) of their student status to be eligible for student fee rate. Please, send the proof to ieeecs-reg+dsn@computer.org during the registration process.

Cancellation policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be sent to ieeecs-reg+dsn@computer.org by May 31, 2026, AoE Time.
There will be an administrative fee of $500 for cancelled registrations.
You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline.
Author registrations are non-refundable.

Policy for Accepted Papers

1. Every paper has to have a full registration to appear in the conference proceedings.
2. The conference is in person and papers are presented only in person.
3. If none of the authors can come to the conference for any motivation the paper will be withdrawn and will not appear in the proceedings.
